Our Kit contains 25 surface-mount green LEDs for the backlighting, needle removal tool, detailed
instructions with pictures, and a 1-800 tech support number to call if you need

The LEDs for the pointers are a different color and different type.
These LED's were specifically designed for 12 volt instrument clusters and do not require a resistor as they are built in. They do dim up & down like your cluster does now.
LEDs are designed specifically for 2007-2013 GM Trucks and SUV's.
You are not purchasing an instrument cluster. This is an LED Kit to change your instrument cluster back lighting.
You will need to remove your stock LEDs and solder these on the circuit board. Installation time is about 1 hour.
