For auction is a really nice, neat item issued in the early 1910's by the american tobacco company to help sell their brands of cigarettes. The leather itself measures approximately 2" by 2.5" and is made of a very soft leather. This series of leathers represent the different colleges of that era. Different variations of the leathers were made for each school. Variations include the college seal with or without gilt, a pennant with the school's colors, or a pennant with the school's name. I also have other college leathers, felts and silks for many of the colleges and universities. These leathers make great gifts for aluminae and current students attending the college.
