    SHIPPING

    We ship worldwide and our shipping costs reflect postage, packing materials, and  applicable insurance. Shipping costs are determined on a flat rate basis. Typical shipping  costs are as follows:

    • United States Letter: $0.80
    • United States Parcel: $4.95
    • International Letter: $1.52
    • International Parcel: $17.95
    We ship Monday through Friday within two business days.

    RETURNS

    Returns are accepted 14 days from date of receiving merchandise. They are subject to the  following qualifications:

    • Customer must contact us BEFORE returning merchandise for Return Authorization.
    • Customer will be issued a full refund for purchase price of merchandise, including  original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for paying to ship the merchandise back to  us.
    • If merchandise is 'significantly not as advertised' we will issue a full refund,  original shipping costs, and any costs associated with shipping back to us.
    • All merchandise must be in the same, unused, and complete condition as received by  customer.
