Any missing parts must be reported once you get the item..
If a package is not signed for, it will be held at your local depot for 5 days waiting for collection and then returned to us. All returns/re-delivery to us will incur a 2nd postage charge.
Return policy:

Refunds are only issued after you have agreed to and accepted the mutual EBay cancellation.
We are happy to exchange or refund as long as the item is returned, however no part of the original packaging should be removed or damaged.
Please return the item in the same condition as you have received. Refunds are given minus the cost of postage, unless the item is defective
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or unwanted items they must be returned unopened within 14 days from when the item received for a full refund minus postage fees.
