For items that are faulty/incorrect size, please return the item unworn and in its original packaging , free from smoke, pet hairs, make up, perfume and washing powder within 30 days of purchase. 

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We advise customers to return items recorded delivery so that we can trace the item we cannot be responsible for items undelivered or lost in transit.

Only after 15 working days will we class an order as lost. We will then issue a refund or replacement.
