SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and our shipping costs reflect postage, packing materials, and  applicable insurance. Shipping costs are determined on a flat rate basis. Typical shipping  costs are as follows:

• United States Letter: $0.80
• United States Parcel: $4.95
• International Letter: $1.52
• International Parcel: $17.95

We ship Monday through Friday within two business days.

Please note that any exception to the shipping costs listed above will be specified on that  item's page.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted 14 days from date of receiving merchandise. They are subject to the  following qualifications:

• Customer must contact us BEFORE returning merchandise for Return Authorization.
• Customer will be issued a full refund for purchase price of merchandise, including  original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for paying to ship the merchandise back to  us.
• If merchandise is 'significantly not as advertised' we will issue a full refund,  original shipping costs, and any costs associated with shipping back to us.
• All merchandise must be in the same, unused, and complete condition as received by  customer.

We specialize in the selling of Cox and related 1/2A products. In addition to supplying  original Cox items, you will find a number of aftermarket parts designed to fit a variety of  engines - often manufactured to OEM Cox specifications. We also develop and customize  engines to customer defined specifications. If there is a particular design or feature you  are looking for, we can build it!

All of our items are shipped from the United States, where we are located. We offer  reasonable shipping and handling throughout the world.
