Please inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery - In case if item delivered to you is faulty or damaged in any way please report it to us as straight away. We will be then able to replace or refund it for you.

         We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on any item purchased over the internet. Returns must be completed within 60 days of receipt of the item(s) and all items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received.

Exceptions: Before you hang any part of wallpaper: read instruction provided (if instruction is missing please do not install wallpaper but contact us for a replacement, if professional decorator do job for you make sure that he will read it as well - it is not standard wallpaper) layout your mural to ensure that all panels are the same size, colour, that they match together perfectly and they are in good condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be made once you have hung any part of your mural.
