- wash and dry hands before handling contact lenses with a mild soap.

- use fingertips to handle contact lenses, not fingernails or sharp objects like tweezers

- check that it is clean from debris and damage before attempting to insert into your eye.

- only use contact lens solution to clean the lens, not water.

- replace lens solution after each use, do top up.
