Items such as pullers can be subjected to high torque loads. They require sufficient lubrication to forcing screw threads to prevent binding.
Torque wrenches or multipliers that are found to be defective in material or workmanship must be returned to the T&E Tools repair centre,
 for evaluation before any repair or replacement is given. T&E Tools Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to repair or replace product, if a defect in material or workmanship is found.
Many speciality tools are designed in a manner that require usage as set out in the instructions supplied and care should be taken to insure the method of operation is followed correctly.

Payment

We accept PAYPAL and Direct Bank Deposits & We require payment within 3 days of purchase.

Items will not ship until cleared payment has been received in full.

Postage

Purchases are shipped via the most appropriate courier service,

usually Australia Post, Fastways Couriers or ECI for overseas parcels. 

Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation email including relevant tracking number. 

We are happy to combine postage on multiple items, please contact us to make combine postage arrangements on orders

Handling

Most items listed are in stock & ready for shipping within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. 

However there will be occasions where we have to source stock, this can result in a lead time of up to 7 days. 

We will notify you as soon as possible if these delays occur. 

Please bear in mind items purchased Friday afternoon or over the weekend won’t be processed until Monday morning. (Tuesday after Long weekend in NSW)

International Orders

All duties and Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local customs office before purchasing to find if any duties are payable.

Returns

We do accept returns, if you have made a mistake or change of mind purchasing the item. The item must be returned unused, unopenned and in original packaging. The cost of the return postage of the returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser and the refund will be processed only once the item is received back in our store in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

The refund will be minus the cost of postage to send originally including items with free postage. We can not be held responsible for buyer's mistake reading item descriptions and vehicle applications, if a mistake has been made by the buyer it will be their responsibility to return as per above policy.

If a mistake is made by us, we will do everything we can do to rectify the issue.
If a claim is made that the item sent is not as described or recieved damaged, we will require photos to be emailed to us to determine what the issue is and how it can be fixed. 

All items sold by Australian Online Car Parts are sold with that manufacturers warranty. If an item has been fitted or used and the item fails in the warranty period, please contact us for warranty proceedures. cs@australianonlinecarparts.com.au
