Jenjo Games handling time is only 1 business day as we dispatch your orders Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately my courier drivers do not deliver to P.O Box addresses, so if you have an alternative address like an office or workplace we can deliver to this would make the process smooth, I also recommend leaving a contact number during checkout to help my drivers. All Items will be authorised to be left in a secure place at the delivery address unless we are told otherwise.

All customers will receive a payment notification to the e-mail address associated with their eBay account. Payment must be made within 7 days of checkout, or the item will be forfeited, and a non-payment dispute will be opened with eBay and Paypal to recover the closing fees of the sale. Items purchased are usually shipped with 1-5 business days when payment is made before 10am EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). 

We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays. Payments received after 10am EST, on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day and will be shipped with 1-5 business days.

Refund Policy:

Jenjo will refund any purchase in full if a refund request is received by us before your order has been shipped. In the event that your order has already been shipped at the time we receive your refund request, part-refund is available provided that you return the item to our warehouse at 1/101 Fitzgerald Road, Laverton North, Victoria, Australia 3026 and the item we receive has not been used or damaged. Your refund will be the purchase price of the returned item less the cost we incurred in delivering your order to you.

Return Policy:

Items purchased from Jenjo are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or damage caused during delivery. As normal Jenjo and other play involves impact between the pieces, minor dents or wear and tear can be expected from normal use. These should not affect the ongoing playability of your Jenjo and other game set. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by mis-use is not covered by this policy. During the warranty period, Jenjo will replace any pieces of your game set that are deemed by us to have manufacturing defects or to have been delivered in unacceptable condition due to transit damage. In this case, Jenjo will cover the costs of replacing your defective or damaged pieces including delivery charges within Australia.
