Here at Shoe Union we post to the UK and throughout the world using a tracked service. Our standard UK delivery is FAST & FREE; delivery is estimated at 2-3 working days after payment clearance. We also offer a UK express delivery service which ensures your order is delivered the very next day on all orders placed before 4pm Monday-Thursday (Excluding bank holidays), Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 4pm Friday but before 4pm on Monday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

All items are shipped the same working day if payment is completed before 4pm. All payments completed after 4pm are posted the next working day. If you miss a delivery you will be left a calling card with instructions of how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.

Here at Shoe Union we make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable online shopping experience and we pay close attention to your order and shipping details so we can ensure that you receive a product you are happy with.

However, if you would like to return an item that is unworn and in a resalable condition we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange within 28 days of receipt. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the return postage for orders delivered unless a faulty or  incorrect item has been received.

To make a return simply complete the return form included with your purchase and return via your local post office. Be sure to attain and retain proof of postage from the post office.

If we have sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty, you may be eligible for a postage refund. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any postage refunds until we receive your item back for inspection.

As soon as a return is received in our warehouse you will be emailed via eBay messages to notify you of our receipt and processing of your requested exchange or refund.
