The Edge programmer has the ability to remove/adjust your vehicle’s factory speed limiter. Improper use of this feature could result in a serious or fatal accident. Removal/adjustment of the factory speed limiter is intended for use in a closed circuit, legally sanctioned racing environment. Even if racing in a legally sanctioned racing environment, it is your responsibility to ensure your tires and other vehicle components are rated to travel at increased speeds with the speed limiter removed/adjusted. If you remove/adjust the speed limiter during highway driving, it is your responsibility to obey all driving laws, including adhering to posted speed limits.

Removing/adjusting the speed limiter for purposes inconsistent with the product's intended function, as stated herein, is a violation of the product’s intended use and invalidates the product's warranty. Edge Products is not responsible for or liable for the consequences of improper product use.

RETURN POLICY

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Goal. If you have any questions, feel free to email us BEFORE committing to purchase.

We will exchange at no cost to our Customer, if we sent the wrong shipment or manufacturer defect. We will need the item returned to us.  All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.

If you decide for whatever reason you would like to return any UNDAMAGED, UNUSED, UNOPENED item back to us. We will accept it. Any opened or used item(s) will NOT be accepted.  We will refund purchase price MINUS 20% RESTOCK FEE. S/H paid will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Buyer must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused.
