We'll do everything we can to
ensure as speedy and efficient delivery as possible. We aim to dispatch orders
within one working day, 99% orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be
despatched that same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next
working day. For example, if you place your order after 2pm on a Friday or over
the weekend, we'll despatch it the following Monday.
Orders Delayed / Missing in Transit
We promise we'll do everything
we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified.
We work with our couriers who
have a 98% accuracy for their next day and 3–5-day service. Occasionally events
beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with
the courier, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. All parcels are
fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act
quickly to locate it.
Returns
We understand that sometimes
you'll need to return items to us, and we've made this easy, fast, and simple.
We want you to love our products as much as we do, so if it doesn’t fit, you’ve
had a change of heart, if it’s faulty or you just aren’t feeling it. No
worries! We believe returns should be easy. It is not possible to exchange an item,
we advise you to return the item for a refund and reorder. Buyer Pays return
postage cost.
We will issue refund all items
which:
- Are returned to us within 30
days of receipt.
- Are returned to us in original
condition, with their original packaging and with the labels attached.
- Used items are
non-returnable and due to the hygiene reasons underwear are non-returnable.
Your statutory rights are not
affected.
