Pointers Fishing Tackle was founded in 2012 after the family business, Pointers Pet Supplies (Established in 1991) ventured into the fishing supplies trade. Pointers Fishing Tackle started as a humble market stall. We strive to provide customers with high quality fishing tackle and equipment at competitive prices.

As this offers both us the seller and yourself the purchaser full protection. With PayPal you can either pay through your account directly, or if you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay by Credit / Debit card via PayPal.

Delivery Information

All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched same day with later orders dispatched the following working day after receipt of payment has been received.

We offer several courier options on all of our listings 24-72 Hour options (Royal Mail, Parcelforce, myHermes, UPS & TNT) Dependent of which shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online.

We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Our postage options are priced for within the UK Mainland. If you require postage outside of the UK Mainland, ie. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, etc. Please get in contact for a postage quote.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within thirty days of your receipt of the goods, we will refund or replace the goods.

Returns are refunded within 48 hours of receiving returned goods.

Some products may be sold on a "Limited Warranty" basis. The terms of this warranty are usually stated within the product details. Any faults outside of the limitations are not covered.

Products sold on a "no return" basis are not returnable. This would have been made clear within the product details. This does not mean that they have a high return rate, but rather the low value or delicate nature of the product has resulted in the manufacturer not offering a warranty.

Any tampering with products will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty

Malicious damage, misuse and wear & tear are not covered under warranty. Such products will only be returned to sender and carriage costs invoiced and billed to your PayPal account or credit/debit card.
