TUBES – We have custom build machines that form our exclusively designed copper High Flow Tubes (HFT) that allow for greater coolant flow than traditional tubes.
Our HFTs are larger in diameter and also prevent unwanted debris from clogging inside.
CORE – The driving force behind radiator cooling efficiency is heat reduction capacity through fin-to-tube surface area. ACP achieves this with our exclusive MAXCORE setup maximizing the number of tubes while using the most efficient fin spacing.
•TESTING – We have implemented additional processes during production to make sure our radiators are clear of residual solder and waste materials. We also pressure test at 2 times the standard to make sure there are no leaks.
