There can also be minor issues with paint & flocking. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections. If you seek a perfect paint job and mint box, we recommend shopping at a brick and mortar store.

*** Bounced back package will be treated as returned order and be charged for restocking fee, shipping cost will not be refunded for bounced back package.

*** For Returns: the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and 15% restocking fee, please contact us in advance so we can guide you through.

     Return refund only, no exchange. If you still intersting on the items, please place new order again. 

*** Unclaimed/bounced back packages will be treated as normal return package.

*** For Auction, payment must be completed within 48 hours once auction is won.  We will ship out within 1 to 3 business days. 

 

Shipping info:

·    We can only ship to paypal confirmed address. For Apo/Fpo bidders we can ship to any APO/FPO address.

For HI/AK/Guam/APO/FPO/PR/PO BOX we ship via USPS priority mail ($12.00).

*** Processing time: We will ship and upload the tracking # onto ebay within 1 to 3 business day (generally by the end of the day), or contact you if there is any problem of your order. Please follow up your order with the tracking # we provided.  Failed of delivery due to incomplete address or non-presence of the receiver will be considered as bounced back package and subject to charge 15% restock fee.
