PeakParts is an independent aftermarket Swedish car parts supplier based in Paisley,

Renfrewshire.

We supply parts to garages in our local area as well as to our customers on eBay. We are

stockists of many aftermarket brand names and can quote for most Volvo Saab service,

body, steering suspension parts. If you do not see what you require please ask and we will

do our best to help.

For customers outside the UK we are always happy to combine postage on multiple

purchases, please contact us before purchase for our best price.

Some Scottish postcodes may carry a surcharge for items heavier than 2KG as does

Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, we know that sometimes you

will need to return an item. If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return

your item to us with your receipt or eBay username. We are happy to offer an exchange or

refund on unused items returned within 60 days. If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a

refund or exchange where available.

Before returning your item(s) please notify us, this will help us to keep track of your

return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.​

For non-faulty products

Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition & include

the original packaging.

For faulty goods: We will arrange a refund for the item along with your return postage costs.

Shipping

The postage quoted on all listings is to Mainland UK only.

Postage to other areas which include the Scottish Isles & Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland may carry a surcharge if heavier than 2KG, please contact us for a quote before purchase

Most items will be dispatched on the day you pay for it up until 2pm. Later in the afternoon you will receive an email notification to let you know your purchased item is on its way. Please leave ***** feedback to let us know your item has arrived and you are happy with your purchase, and we will leave you your feedback upon receipt of yours.

Our items are sent by Royal Mail or for heavier items by Courier.

Most stock item listings have the option to change from "Standard" delivery to special next day delivery if you need your item in a hurry.

For items sent by courier your item will normally arrive within 2 days. Domestic address deliveries are between 8AM-6PM & Business address deliveries are between 9AM - 5PM. The parcel will need to be signed for.

Stock Availability

Most items listed in our eBay shop are in stock in our shop ready for immediate dispatch.

Sometimes we have to order things in to fulfil your order, but we have a reliable supply route and most items will be available to send out the following day. If not we will email you with an estimated delivery time, and if necessary refund you & cancel the transaction.

Payment

You will be offered a variety of different options for payment at the checkout page.

Most items will be dispatched on the day you pay for it up until 2pm.

Our items are either sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on weight & value.

For items sent by courier your item will normally arrive within 2 working days before 5pm and is trackable online throughout its journey. You will have to sign for the item when it arrives.

For Special Delivery items sent by Royal Mail we obtain a postal receipt for every item we send and will provide it to you with it in the unlikely event your item goes astray.

Broken / Damaged items

We take pride in how we wrap our parcels and in the unlikely event of an item arriving broken or damaged we ask that you report it within 48 hrs and if possible provide photographic evidence or send the item back to us.

We will either replace your item or if not in stock reorder and advice you of delivery time or refund you your money.

Please check your item carefully on arrival as any breakages reported after 7 days will not be accepted.

Returns

We will accept returns on items as long as they are in their original saleable condition within 60 working days from delivery of item in line with eBay rules & Trading Standards distance selling regulations for purchasing Online.

It is your responsibility to re-pack the item carefully and send back to us by signed for delivery and we will refund you the cost of item, not the P&P charges in the same way you made payment to us. P&P charges will be refunded for damaged items or items incorrectly supplied by ourselves.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee or to offer partial refund if the item is not in perfect saleable condition.
