PayPal is a fast, secure and reliable method of payment one eBay. You can pay by any type of credit/debit card, bank transfer and eCheque. It takes a few minutes in clearing the payment, by pre linked and confirmed cards and allows us to dispatch your product quickly. eCheque and bank transfers through PayPal can take up to 7-9 days and we can not dispatch the goods until the payment is cleared.

It also provides peace of mind as both customer and seller are protected by PayPal up to £500.

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund as long as item is 'As Good As New'. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

All items are picked, packaged and dispatched as quick as possible! Items that are purchased and paid for fefore 1pm are normally sent out the same day, Monday to Friday. Items purchased over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day. We used different methods of delivery depending on the size, weight and delivery destination. Most items being delivered in the UK should be received within 48 hours however please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us. Items being sent over seas can take up to 15 days.

Please note we can only send items to the address that is on the Paypal account set as your delivery address. If you want the item sent to a different address you will need to set this up with Paypal before making the purchase. We can not accept emails requesting a different delivery address.

Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via eBay. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via eBay giving full details of any problem.

7 days after we have dispatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, eBay will send a feedback reminder.
