Shipping will be completed, using the shipper of our choice to within the lower 48 States. Sometimes we change the shipper identified in the listing to minimize shipping cost, and we ONLY do that when we can improve or meet the time stated in the listing for getting the item shipped to you. We can only ship to the address listed in your PayPal account. You can set a different shipping address under the "Profile" link in the "My Account" tab of PayPal. Please make sure that your addresses in eBay & PayPal are correct before you place your order. Around the holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas or other holidays that are recognized by the United States Post Office, FedEx, or United Parcel Service), we will ship out items within 24 hours of the above listed shippers opening back up for delivery service.

In rare instances, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers of choice will use their discretion and leave packages on porches and doorsteps. By making this purchase, you are accepting our policies and you accept responsibility for packages left by the carrier. We provide tracking number for all shipped items and therefore, delivery tracking/confirmation can be monitored by utilizing eBay’s general tracking method and/or by visiting shipper website for greater detail. Orders over $250 will automatically require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS
Products are warranted solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. The complete warranty information is included with the product if applicable and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. We offer an exclusive 14-day exchange/refund policy on purchases made via eBay. Exchanges are only available if we have the item in stock, otherwise we will refund money, less applicable restocking fees. Please note: defective computer software and opened pre-recorded DVDs and CDs may be exchanged for same title only (if available). Cell Phones removed from the packing can only be returned if the item is defective. For health reasons, in-ear headphones and some personal care items that have been opened may only be exchanged if defective and for the same item (if available).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days, subject to a Return Authorization from us (see exceptions above), and with applicable restocking fees. Free shipping only applies if you keep the item, our actual shipping expense will be deducted from your refund. Obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number by contacting us by using eBay’s message options. Include your order number, the reason for return, and whether the product has been opened or is still factory sealed. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Keep your purchased item, accessories, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any additional restocking fees. Do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents, or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All non-defective items other than those mentioned in the last sentence above in the first paragraph of the “Returns” section, may be returned within 14 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee of the total invoiced price AND the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included. Returned items that are not in condition to be re-sold may be refused or subject to a higher restock fees.
Pay securely with any major credit card through PayPal only and/or through your PayPal account. We request that you pay immediately for Buy It Now style items and within 24 hours for Auction style items. All sales are final.
