This is a vegetable tanned double butt leather that has a mellow temper which makes them perfect for casual belts. They are nearly rectangular in shape except for the semi-circular bottom section and can be cut in either direction to maximize yield. The surface is not heavily finished to allow for a feel that is friendly to the hand and the oil content gives them a slight two-tone "pull-up" when you bend the leather. This is a high quality leather imported from India, but if you are not satisfied with the quality you have 30 days upon receipt to return the leather.
