Center cluster of 13 diamonds with 4 on each side. It is a really pretty ring and it was my 3rd "right hand ring". It is so pretty that when my daughter was getting engaged she wanted one similar to it. I adored it and wore it all the time until I found a ring my mother had that we never knew existed and now I wear that.
