Although the company was originally founded by husband and wife team Philip and Beverley Bunting back in 1996, Good Health Direct UK is an exciting new concept as an extension to an existing successful business in healthcare and the use of light therapy for the treatment of various medical conditions such as Seasonal Affective Disorder. Still very much a family business consisting of husband and wife team Philip and Beverley and a small number of very dedicated staff. The company has undergone tremendous growth is recent years due to its very personal and committed customer service.    

A natural progression has led to the development of non-drug light treatments for skin conditions such as acne and rosacea followed by Tens and TSE treatments chronic pain conditions.    
 

With a new strategic team behind it, Good Health Direct UK has now added to its product range and offers help and advice and non-drug treatments for mens' and womens' health, cardiovascular, diabetic and respiratory conditions, water filters, sexual health products and allergy products. We even have our own range of health books, vitamins, minerals and food supplements.

Without dozens of staff and the high cost of premises, Good Health Direct UK can keep costs down to a minimum and still offer service that is second to none. By keeping costs low the company are able to offer very competitive prices on all of its products. Another big advantage of this customer-friendly company is the fact that we do not manufacture any equipment ourselves and are therefore able to offer a 100% impartial advisory service, helping people to choose the best equipment to match their lifestyles and budget.
Working from home for 10 years of the company’s history the company has now moved into small premises in the towncentre of Southport, Merseyside (Personal visitors are very welcome) and even offer extended hours from early in the morning until late at night.

Shipping

Our Fast & Free delivery service will be delivered using one of our national couriers the same working day when ordered before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

**If orders are placed on a Friday after 3pm, the order will not be dispatched until next working day which will be on a Monday.

Returns

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel orders for goods or services that have been placed on eBay for up to 30 days after the date on which the item(s) are delivered. This is called the 'cooling off period'.

This right does not apply to certain items such as:

• Any items which may have come into contact with any body parts, such as Valkee, PainSolv, Luminette, Re-Timer, Heelease / Tenease, Acticare Pads, Heat in a Click etc. THESE CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THEY ARE FAULTY. You are informed of this on purchase.

• any appliance that is made from materials that may be distorted if worn

• any item which requires us to provide a service before approving the item for supply - provided that we have begun to provide the service with your agreement.

• Any item that is made or customised to order.

You have a legal responsibility to keep the items in reasonable condition and in your possession until they are returned to us. This includes, for example, keeping any hygiene seals and clear plastic wrappings in place.

If you wish to return an item please contact us via the eBay messaging service so that we can provide you with the appropriate advice and provide you with a returns number, in order for your item to be linked to your account for a refund once it is received.

VAT Exemption

How do I know if I'm eligible not to pay VAT?

Products, designed specifically for the relief of chronic illness or disability are often eligible to purchase without VAT. For example Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), Diabetes, COPD chronic pain conditions etc qualify for VAT relief. SAD lamps and certain pain relief products can be purchased at the VAT-free price when purchasing for your personal use. The VAT Office require us to collect this information. You do NOT need a doctor's note, your own signature or that of a parent, guardian, doctor or trustee is acceptable.

Claiming Exemption is easy

A certificate will be sent to you with your goods which must be returned or you can fill our online VAT Form. Please contact us through Ebay  or any queries concerning this.****
