    • Not recommended for use on texured surfaces, recently decorated areas or on surfaces painted with teflon based paint (easy-clean, non-stick, anti-mould, etc)

    The sticker has no background - the chosen design is cut from vinyl on a backing sheet and includes an application layer for ease of use. No other elements illustrated in the images are included.

    Orders require 1-2 working days production time as all our stickers are hand finished, however we will do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible.

    Please note eBay shipping times are estimates and delivery can take longer - especially over weekends and public holidays

    Any item where both sides are over 85cm will have to be cut down into manageable parts for shipping

    UK DELIVERY


    We use Royal Mail delivery services. Standard delivery to the UK is FREE and usually takes 2-3 working days.

    Special next day delivery is available to the UK. Please choose which service you require when you check out.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


    We deliver worldwide using Royal Mail Standard International Airmail. This service usually takes around 3-5 working days for delivery but can take longer depending on your location or delays in transit/customs.

    International signed for delivery is available and takes around 3-7 working days for delivery depending on your location. Please choose which service you require when you check out.

    The Royal Mail website states orders can take up to 30 days for delivery. Please be assured that if your order does not turn up within this 30 day period we will re-ship/refund your order as preferred.
    We Pride ourselves on having Dedicated Aftersales Care. This means if you have any problem with our product/service then we will do our very best to fix it for you.

    If you are still unhappy, we are at fault and we cannot fix the problem for you we have a 30 day returns policy (however you must notify us of your intent to return the item within 7 days of receipt)

    For our Wall Stickers we can make small changes to your sticker free of charge, if you are unsure you can contact us for details before ordering.

    We can make the following changes to your sticker for FREE:

  • ADD A NAME - We can add a name to personalise your wall sticker - send us a message with the name, rough size and preferred style of lettering when you place your order (please note once the name is added to your sticker it may adjust the other dimensions)
  • ADD/REMOVE A SIMPLE DESIGN ELEMENT - We can add or remove a design element to make a small change to the composition of the sticker - please message us about more complex changes.
  • REVERSE THE DIRECTION - We can flip the image/text so it runs the opposite direction (backwards in the case of text) This is useful if you are applying the sticker to the inside of a window but want the design/text to remain the same when viewed from the outside.
