PAYMENT INFORMATION 

We accept Paypal, the safest and easiest way to pay. After purchasing your item please ensure that payment is made within 2 days of purchase. If you have any problems paying please contact us to arrange a suitable alternative.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

The items are dispatched rapidly as we always aim to send all items within 4 working day after cleared payment being received. All items are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Holidays. 

Europe Destination: Items are sent by CTT - Portuguese Post Office tracked delivery service and take 7 to 12 Business days to be delivered. 

International Destination : Items are sent by CTT - Portuguese Post Office tracked delivery service and take 15 to 25 Business days to be delivered.

Express delivery is available on request.

RETURNS POLICY

 On receiving your order if you decide you do not wish to keep your item, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn and original tag remains attached. On receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment price to your Paypal account. Please ensure that you return your item using a tracked postal service, as we can unfortunately not take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us. Please note, your refund will be processed within 3 working days, after receipt at our premises.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, we request that you contact us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to try and rectify the problem.
