Galvanised Mild Steel Tube
Our galvanised mild steel tube is available cut to size to suit your requirements and can be used alongside our tube clamp range for creating frames and fencing.
Though it displays many excellent qualities, mild steel is susceptible to corrosion but this galvanised mild steel tube has been specially treated to resist oxidisation and is an excellent choice of steel tube for outdoor use. It is medium thickness and has a plain end, and can be used in a huge number of demanding structural applications.

Mild steel is one of the most widely available and commonly used forms of steel, benefiting from high strength and excellent forming properties afforded by its lower carbon content. This reduced carbon content makes mild steel more ductile and therefore more versatile for a wider range of applications. Commonly used in the construction industry to manufacture reliable structures, it is also a terrifically ‘green’ material as it is widely recycled.
Please note: Our current machines operate to a tolerance of +/- 2mm.
Delivery
Our delivery charges are based on our courier's costs and we only charge you the amount we have to pay.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within four working days of receiving your order and payment. For deliveries local to our warehouse we use our own fleet of vehicles. For orders further afield we will use a courier that suits the size of the order.
In cases regarding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the stated delivery charge may not cover our shipping costs and we reserve the right to request additional payment. If you do not wish to do this, we will refund your order within 24 hours.
Returns
We cannot refund the cost of any custom or bespoke steel products where the dimensions are decided by you. An email must be sent before returning your item to notify us of any issues. Please also enclose a note with your return stating the reasons and your Ebay username. Postage for returned items will not be refunded.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we will ask you to return the item to us for inspection and we will issue a refund if we feel that it is applicable.
