shipping : Most goods orders will be shipped within one business day when your cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery we use USPS as our carrier. If you choose another carrier additional fees may apply.
- Once your item is shipped an email will be sent the tracking information ( If available).
- PayPal payments require a confirmed shipping address.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- If you purchase multiple items we will consolidate your orders.
- If you are in Alaska or Hawaii please contact us for shipping costs. The listed prices do not apply.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges including but not limited to: CUSTOMS FEES,SPECIAL TAXES,ADDITIONAL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS.
- For refunds ALL returns must be in the original packaging and included ALL accessories , manuals , software.
- We cannot change the shipping address after receipt of the payment.
Warrantly: All items are cover by a 30 days warranty from of receipt of payment.
Returns :
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is non-refundable unless the item was DOA.
- We will only provide a return shipping label from the original address the item was shipped to. If any item is forwarded to a different address or out of the continuous 48 State of the USA, the buyer will be held responsible to pay for the return of the item back to the address we have on file for when the item was delivered.
- If you receive a malfunctioning product the item will be replaced with identical or equivalent model provided it is returned to us with 15 calendar days of receipt of payment. your item is "Not as Described" Please contact us via eBay messaging and we will work with you resolve all issues.
- If you purchase an item in error, you may return it for a refund. You will be refunded the purchase amount, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Change-of-mind return can only be accepted within 8 Days of receipt after purchase.. All other returns can be accepted in 30 days
- If there is none available replacement product, we will provide a full refund (shipping and handaline excluded).Returns require an authorization please contact with us before sending any item back. Furthermore , you may return any product for any reason for refund.
- Return needs to be within 15 calendar days of receipt of payment.
- After 30 calendar receipt of payment we will not process RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
- ALL PRODUCTS ARE MARKED WITH SERIAL NUMBER AND QC BADGE. ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR SERIAL NUMBER AND QC BADGE WILL BE REJECTED AS NOT OUR PARTS.
