MCT's (Medium Chain Triglycerides) are derived from the distilled fatty acid fractions of Palm Kernel Oil. It esterified with USP high purity glycerin. Refined, Bleached and Deodorized. Due to the large number of short chain fatty acids (C8 and C10s), this product is liquid at low temperatures. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives. Best if used within 24 months of the manufacture date.
