2 illustrated articles from a very rare 1910 Sports publication the first article is entitled "Concerning the Pike" by East Sussex with illustrations from photographs by W T Green

Very interesting old article 6 pages describing the process of catching pike by wiring and netting with several photographic illustrations including -

  • In the act of wiring
  • The catch taking of the wire
  • Pulling out a seven pounder


    The second article is entitled "Racehorse and Trainer at Home Captain Dewhurst at Bedford Lodge Newmarket" 10 pages written by Sidney Galtrey
