delivery and dispatch arrangment

TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS: OUR TEAM IS HERE TO HELP RESOLVE ANY ISSUES YOU MAY FACE AND WE WILL SOLVE THEM IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WILL NOT HELP SOLVE THE ISSUE AND ONLY EFFECTS OUR OWN BUSINESS.

Our products are delivered by Royal Mail carrier service, one of the most reliable carrier services in the United Kingdom. The delivery times for your package can vary with outside factors being a cause. Second class service takes between 3-5 working days, while First class takes between 1-3 working days. During busy periods of the year i.e. month of Christmas, you may experience a delay of up to three days more. Please note eBay's delivery dates are only estimations and they do not factor in delays by Royal Mail.

We dispatch the item on the same day as it is ordered and paid; if the item is paid for before 4pm GMT. If it is ordered after 4pm, the item will be dispatched the next working day. If you order after 4pm on a Friday then we will post the item on Monday. Please be aware that if your order is £20 or more, then the item will be dispatched as Signed For. We are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm every week.             


returns and replacement policy

We have a strict returns policy for our orders. If you have ordered your item and have had it for thirty days or less then we will provide a refund or replacement. If you have had your item for longer than thirty days then we will not provide a refund or replacement. We require any damaged or defected items to be sent to our returns department. We do this as we need to take the defective item back to our supplier so that we get a credit note. Furthermore, it helps to distinguish whether item damage was accidental or not. Items must be returned with the original packaging, along with all accessories. Failing to do so will mean a partial refund for the returned item instead of a full refund. We will not accept any returns for wigs due to health and safety protocols. 

To return an item please contact us via eBay message. Your inital contact should state what the issue is and the outcome you would like; a refund or item replacement. Then use the pre-paid label to return the damaged item to us. Once received we will message you to confirm that we have received your item successfully and that we not carry out a replacement dispatch or a full refund. We will not accept return items if the packaging has been damaged during transit.

Please be aware that we can not be responsible if the packaging arrives damaged, we are only responsible for damage on the item itself. We do offer a gift wrap service for an additional cost where we will take extra care in ensuring your order is wrapped extra well. Please message us if this is something you require.
