The strap ends are computer-programmed stitches that produce that sunrise/sunset pattern, and the backing is woven 100% cotton. They didn't have or use that in the 60's/70's. They used vinyl backing that frayed & rivets that tore out. Some of our straps have that coarser vintage design thread and others the more precise stitching.
No prints. All are made from jacquard woven ribbon & fabrics. Some have threads so fine that they look like prints in photos, but are so much better in person and under lights.
Other brands are cheaper because their backing is made from polyester seatbelt material, not cotton like those by Trophy. Seatbelt material is the cheapest backing material you can possibly buy. There is no comparision to the quality of backing and the end stitching with our straps.
