Steeger Spool with Flat Stainless Steel Wire for Fine Wire Braiding

Possibly for use in medical devices such as stents. On Steeger Spool for use on fine wire braiding machines. Extremely fine flat wire. Two start wind (see microscope image below). Do not know the exact material but it is magnetic. Behaves like a spring material. This wire is around .0007 thick. Thats using a 5 decimal place Mitutoyo digital mic. I have no way to measure the width but its maybe 2-3X that.  Excellent cosmetic condition.
