Payment
Paypal, postal order or Cheque are acceptable methods of payment (For cheques, please allow 5 working days to clear). International buyers shoud pay by paypal only. Please complete checkout within 3 days of auction ending and payment must be received within 5 days.
Shipping
I dispatch most of the items same day or next working day and all items within 3 working days of payment. I offer to the buyers at least 3 postal services to choose from. Please check the estimated delivery times before you select the service. Royalmail 2nd class being the cheapest for most of the items but it takes more time. I send a dispatch notice to the buyer when I post the item. I always obtain a proof of posting and then leave the responsibility up to the PO to deliver!! If you wish postal insurance please ask before concluding the sale. For recorded delivery, Please add £1.15 to the postage.
Terms of Sale
I try to do my best to describe the items as much as possible and expect from the buyers to ask any questions if I forgot to mention something or there is some misunderstanding in the description.
Please Buy only if you are satisfied with the listed item, its description, communication (if there was any), the price and postage charges. If you proceed and bid or buy it means you are happy and fully satisfied. I expect a good feedback and 5 ***** ratings (DSR's) as a reward from the buyers for my service. Please don't proceed if you are not satisfied and your intention is to give a poor feedback or low DSR's.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and thers is a genuine reason for that, I am happy to offer a replacement or full refund of the purchase price of the item upon return of the item in the condition in which you received it. Unfortunately I am unable to refund postage costs.
When an item is considered lost in the post, I'll make a claim through Royal mail. Royal mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days have elapsed. Please remember this when contacting me about missing items. Please email me if you require any further information.
