  6. Please let us know what the date of the event is so that we can ensure you receive your order in time. If you have not allowed enough time you may have to choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery option which is a Next Day service, you will need to choose this before you complete checkout.

Delivery

All orders will be sent a confirmation email stating that your order and payment has been received.
Your item/s will then be despatched using Royal Mail Second Class post with the time shown for despatch of the auction.
Remember if you need your items delivered quickly to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery option.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days but can take up to 7 working days depending on your order size.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your item please return it to us in the original packaging within 14 days. All goods must be returned carriage paid. We will refund the purchase price by Paypal. Please note the postage and packaging will not be refunded. If you find that your item is faulty or that we have incorrectly sent you something different to what you have ordered, please return the goods to us promptly within 14 days and we will be happy to give you a full refund or replacement including the postage and packaging.
