Payments:

• Payments are only accepted via Paypal. If need be, Paypal allows you to us a major credit card or direct transfer from your bank account.
• Any orders within the state of Florida will be charged a sales tax rate of 7%.

Returns:

• Customer has 30 days to return product in new condition and in original packaging.
• We reserve the right to deny any return due to damage to item or if item is returned in a condition that is not resellable.
• Customer must contact us before returning item. Otherwise return will not be accepted.
• Customer must send returned item with an approved RMA received from us before returning item.
• There is a 20% restocking fee on any returns.
• If, for some reason, the item does not fit we will need proof of fitment issue before we can refund customer.

Shipping:

• Handling may take 1-2 Business Days.
• Price of item includes FREE SHIPPING Within The Lower 48 US States.
• If Outside the US Import duties, taxes and/or fees are not included in price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to buying item.
• Item will only be shipped to confirmed address via Paypal. No exceptions.

Warranty:

• Ultra Racing products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects on originally installed vehicle.
• Warranty does not cover parts that have been abused, modified, incorrectly installed or used for other than the original intent or application.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Shipping and labor are not covered under warranty.
