Payments:

Shipping and handling:

·       We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping.

·       We offer Expedited Shipping service worldwide.

·       Tracking number will be email to you once the item has been processed and shipped.

·       Shipping cutoff times for same-day shipping are 1:00PM Monday-Friday: orders must be received and processed prior to 1:00 PM (PST)

·       Orders are ship same day of receiving cleared payment. (Excluding weekend and holidays, shipping will resume during the next business day)

International Buyers:

·       Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

·       Buyers are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees, import duties and taxes.

·       We will accurately state the contents and value of the item(s) shipped as required on all customs forms.

·       There is no guaranteed arrival time. The advertised 7-11 business days is very liberal estimate on eBay. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination. Custom inspection varies from country to country. Please contact your local custom broker for additional information/requirements. 

·       There is a "Confirmation of Delivery number", which does NOT get updated until the buyer receives the package. That means that after the package leaves the USPS Sort Facility in USA, this tracking number has no information while your shipment is in transit or inspection at custom.

APO/FPO Addresses:

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

·       Your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number

·       The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"

·       The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"

·       Zip code

TAX:

·       Buyers subject to 9% sales tax for item(s) ship to California.

·       If you are a California tax exempt organization, please contact us to place your order so we can ensure your order will not be charged sales tax.

Return/Refund Policy:

·       You have up to 60 days to return your item(s).

·       eBay transaction fee will not be refund after 45 days.

·       Money back or item(s) exchange (buyer's choice).

·       Buyer pays return shipping.

·       If you received "Free Shipping" on the order, this initial shipping fee cost us to ship your order is not refundable.

·       Shipping and handling charges that you/we paid are not refundable.

·       All refused, incorrect address listed, or undeliverable address will be subjected to a 15% charge in addition to the non-refundable shipping & handling charges which results in the shipment being returned back to us.

·       Replacement will ship back to you within 3 business days after we receive the returned item(s) at our facility.

·       Replacement parts are identical or equivalent specification, but not limited to the original models on your purchased.

·       Please contact seller before returning any items for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping destination.

·       Returns package must have an RMA number clearly display on the box with all parts safely packed.

·       WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE/SOLD AS IT IS.
