2 cups of  water (17 ounce) its better if the water is HOT it expands faster. (container included)

1 bowl or empty bottle your choice.
Stirring spoon or Your hand (make sure to wash your hands throughly)

1. 1 Serving Spoon Plastic or Wood. Not metal.
2. 2 cups of HOT Water (16 ounce or more depending on which size you're making)
3. A plastic,or  Glass bowl (salad bowl serving size any in your kitchen will do no need for any special bowl)
4. Pour water into container or bowl first before adding powder.
5. Add the nuru powder to water while stirring; Spread the powder into the HOT water.
6. Let sit for 15mins before stirring a second time.

Do not just drop the powder in the water it will cause clumps and take longer to spread. STIR WHILE POURING The powder. Water first; then gel.   

 Add more water if you like but not more then 24 ounces if you are making 16 ounces with one capsule;  it will be way too watery.

  Standard- 1 Capsule for every 16 ounces of water. 

     Standard Gel Mix =1 Capsule for every 16 ounces of water.  

• 1 capsule   = 2  bottles Standard 8.45oz ( 2 cups of 8 ounce water)
• 2 capsules =   1  jug size 33.45 ounce jug ( 4 cups of 8 ounce water)
• 10 capsules= 1 Gallon 169 ounce (21 cups 8 ounce cups of water)

  Platinum- 1 Capsule for every 8 ounces of water. 

Platinum Gel Mix =1 Capsule for every 8 ounces of water.

• 4 capsules =   platinum jug size 33.45 ounce jug (4 cups of 8 ounce water)
