Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your items. We will endeavour to resolve any problems promptly. If you wish to return your items they need to be returned within 7 days of receipt and in original unopened state, please contact us prior to returning. items for a returns code.

Items not received.

Proof of postage is obtained for all items sent. Due to unavoidable postal delays which are outside of our control, a dispute cannot be opened with royal mail for 15 working days after your item has been dispatched.If after this time you have still not received your items we will require a signed declaration to confirm the items have not been received.
