INVENTORY

Most items are in stock and will ship within two business days. Some of our products are imported and, even though we maintain safe inventory levels of everything we sell, occasionally we experience delays in receiving products from the manufacturer and may be out of an item when you place an order. In these cases, we'll let you know the status of the affected item and we'll give you the opportunity to wait for it to become available or cancel the product from the order.

SHIPPING

We only ship our products using USPS/UPS to destinations within the US and Canada and through eBay for international orders. The shipping cost is calculated directly from the total weight in pounds, the final destination and the shipping method. All products are shipped from Weston, Florida 33326 USA. We always provide a multiple items shipping discount, we do not treat each item as an individual package. All products are put in one box, whenever possible, and the shipping charges are recalculated using the total weight of the package. For International Orders, please take into consideration the Import and Customs Regulations of your country. We have no control over the custom fees and cannot predict what they will be. If the package is refused in customs, it is at your own risk.

PAYMENT

No sales tax or other additional costs are added to any order. All of the transactions are made in US$. Payment must be received within 10 days after the transaction. For convenience and security reasons we prefer Paypal as a form of payment. Payment is always verified prior to shipping.

RETURNS

Any damage sustained during the shipment is the responsability of the shipper (UPS/USPS). There is NO REFUND for lost shipments when the mailing was done without insurance. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find that your order includes a product you didn't order, simply contact us and return the products postmarked within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the product or return your money, as long as the products are unopened, in their original packaging. Whenever funds are returned, we do not return the shipping & handling fees.
