Orders received before 12pm Noon on a standard working day Monday to Friday are packed and despatched the same working day in the UK and Ireland working day delivery. European countries can take 2 - 3 working days.
We ensure orders are despatched promptly and are packed correctly and we strive to ensure the item ordered is the item received in the time expected. Due to using couriers which are only humans beings and a third party road based delivery network, delays can sometimes occur which are out of our control, but like any decent company, we will rectify a problem caused by us.
