This is because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as "undeliverable" within this time.

We guarantee that our products are listed accurately however, we do not guarantee that they will always be delivered on time as it is dependent on the courier. The delivery time is the courier's (Royal Mail) target delivery time. If you need to return an item, please contact us. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and the item must be returned within 14 days at the expense of the customer. We will not accept refunds after this period. When returning an item, please also enclose a note stating your: 1. eBay user ID 2. Reason for return 3. Whether you require a replacement or a refund. In all cases, the item must be returned in it's original, undamaged packaging.
