We are a professional hairdressing salon based in Melbourne. All our items are 100% genuine and brand new unopened fresh stock.

We do not import from overseas all our stock is brought from Australian distributors.

 So you can be sure you are getting the genuine product with Australian standards 

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 days of auction ending for an extension please email us

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We DO NOT accept Returns due to health and safety reasons unless the product is faulty, or the item description is not as states.

For any return that is accepted Buyer is to pay all return postage and any original postage paid is not refundable

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind 

POSTAGE

Items are sent out next day from receiving cleared payments other than public holidays and Sundays

We send out our items by Australia Post and all items have tracking so you can keep track of where they are and when they will arrive.

this means that the parcel will be registered and will also be insured for loss.

If you choose not to register your items we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items

We DO NOT ship any items outside Australia

COMBINING POSTAGE

When you buy more than one item from us you will receive a discount on postage fees after the first item.

$2-00 to $3-00 off each item postage after the first depending on what the item is and where it is going.
