    This wheel adapter is composed of two interlocking pieces designed for assembly:

  • Bottom Piece Attachment: The bottom piece attaches directly to the vehicle's hub, typically where the original wheel would connect.

  • Second Piece Attachment: The top piece attaches to the bottom one and is where the new wheel is mounted. This setup allows for accommodating different bolt patterns.

  • Securing Mechanism: We secure the top piece to the bottom using countersink allen bolts. The countersinking process creates a recess for the bolt heads, ensuring they sit flush with or below the surface to prevent interference.

  • Dowel Pins: To enhance alignment and stability, dowel pins work alongside the countersink bolts. These pins ensure precise alignment of the two pieces before the bolts are tightened.

  • Thread Locker Usage: We recommend applying thread locker in specific areas: On the lug nuts connected to the bottom piece, to prevent them from loosening under normal driving vibrations.On the countersink bolts that fasten the top piece to the bottom, helping them stay tight over time.

      Thread Locker Application: Apply thread locker to the lug nuts on the bottom piece to prevent loosening from driving vibrations, and to the countersink bolts connecting the top piece, ensuring long-term tightness.
  • Ensure there are no gaps between the adapter and the hub, as well as between the two adapter plates.
      The back of the adapter must sit flush against the vehicles hub.
  • Vehicles Studs Cannot Pass The Face of The Adapter
      If the studs extend beyond the face of the adapter, they will need to be trimmed or ground down to fit properly.

30 Day Returns. Returned/Exchange items must not be installed, mounted, or modified in any way. All shipping expenses including duty and/or custom fees will be paid by the buyer. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Full refund are only to be made if RDCOBRA91 made a mistake on your order (very rare), manufacture defects on the product.
