※if you don’t buy insurance ,there is no way to locate the item ,--the tracking information is not provided. the missing is not covered. I m not responsible for any missing once the items are dispatched without the insurance.
the japan post cannot track and does not refund to us for missing without the tracking number .all you can do is just waiting. if you hope to receive a full refund according to ebays policy when the items is damaged or lost in shipping, you have to buy $3.50 for registered tracking number.
・If you buy the insurance $3.50, Tracking number will be provided. the loss is covered by the insurance.
after you tell the parcel is missing,the post office says it takes around 2 month for investigation. we have to wait for max 2 months.
