Our Mugs are 11oz and are AAA Orca coated making them dishwasher safe, we do recommend hand washing as best practice. They are also super white which helps the design really stand out. Our sublimation equipment is high quality, once pressed your design is permanent, scratch and fade free and made to last.

We print on both sides of the mug at no extra charge to make sure we have both lefties and righties covered, personalisation is free all you need to do is let us know what you want written and we will send a draft for you to approve.

Our packaging is smash proof to ensure your order gets to you in one piece. If the postman has been a bit rough and it does arrive broken (very unlikely), don't worry we will ship a replacement right out to you free of charge.

We state a 3 day process period, however this is really for busy periods, usually our orders are pressed and dispatched within 24 hours.

If you are not happy with your order or change your mind we will accept returns within 14 days, simply get in touch, post the item and we will refund in full including original postage, we ask you to cover the return postage.
