  It is highly recommended that you flat line your fabric with a broadcloth or similar fabric.

  Notions:   Three hook/eyes for belt, buttons or hook/eyes or snaps for placket. 2½ yards wide hem facing (can use Wrights Hem Facing or Quilt Binding, or make your own). 1 to 1½ yards woven belting, 2" wide.
