l   For USA Shipping: (CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS ONLY) ship by airmail (~5-16 working days to arrival) there will be US$118.00. (For heavier or large size products; If want to ship by cheapest way shipping: sea freight=surface mail, >>> there will be US$93.00, it takes ~35-60 working days to arrival; please sent request & contact seller to revise invoices)

l   For International Shipping: (CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS ONLY) will be shipped via airmail unless otherwise requested. Actual transit time varies due to local postal service traffic schedule. For oversize or over weight products, please contact Seller to obtain a quote on shipping and handling before bidding.

l   Please noted that all customs duties are levied by your countries' customs department and will be varies in different countries; and have no relation with us. Thus, you will be responsible for such charges, if any. For more details, please make an enquiry to your countries' customs departments.

Handling time:

l   We will sent out directly from our warehouse within ~2-3 working days [(non-office hour 18:00-09:00) and holiday both exclusive] AFTER receiving 100% CLEARED payment. 

 

Payment Method:     

l   PayPal only: It is fast, easy and safe way. Due to increasing fraudulent activities on eBay/Paypal, for your protection, (We only ship the item to your CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS! So please make sure the address on your paypal is correct.)

l   PayPal linking with your Visa / Master Card (with verified and confirmed address), Full payment must be received before shipping. If you are paying via e-cheque to PayPal, we will only be able to send out your goods after the e-cheque is being cleared.

l   Payment must be complete check-out within 2 days and paid within 7 days after bidding. Delayed payment over 7 days may result in auto order cancellations unless agreed by seller. Otherwise, we reserve the right to re-list the item and go through the Unpaid Item Dispute process.

 

VAT / Import TAX issue:

l   Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or S/H charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

l   We can provide commercial invoices against buyer's request for customs declaration purpose. In case buyer rejects the item due to TAX / DUTY charges issue, we will charge the buyer back for ALL charges including both in & out shipping charges and the TAX / DUTY amount. We will reduce above charges and costs directly in the time we refund to you.   

 

Return:

l   Returns are accepted only if the item not described properly in the auction. Buyer must contact us through eBay system to initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll gladly refund purchase price only and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (to and from) and the item must be unused and received in its original package and condition within 10 days of delivery.

 

Insurance:

l   Buyer is responsible for any shipping insurance and claims.  For fragile glass / sanitary wares / high-value products, we strongly suggest buyer to buy an insurance to minimize the loss in case any unexpected situation on shipping.  Remark: Insurance may not accept for sea freight shipping method / developing countries’ long distance delivery / remote districts or Middle East conflict/war zone etc.….
