Please not that the gas struts you will receive supplied with 6mm rod instead of 4mm rod but they are made to fit perfectly to Heki Roof Light.

If you are not sure about the part you need you can send us your full registration number and/or the part number to confirm.

Please note that the model of your vehicle might be listed above; but the strut may not fit, so please make sure the length of your old/original strut is same as the one listed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once you have received confirmation you can expect your order to arrive within 2- 3 days.

Orders placed with us before 2pm weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed at the weekends and on Bank Holidays will be quickly dispatched the next working day.

We will process your exchange or refund request as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse.

Return shipping is at your own cost unless wrong item/s were dispatched by us, or the item/s were damaged in transit on their way to you.
In these cases, if a refund is requested, we will refund the full price you paid for the order.
If a replacement is requested, we will dispatch it at our cost.
