For sale is Environments Disc 1, originally released in 1970 by Atlantic Records in a beautiful gate-fold presentation. Side One has natural seaside sounds (Ultimate Seashore) and Side Two has organic bird song (Optimum Aviary), which will reduce stress when played at a subliminal volume. In the dead wax between the last tracks and the labels is machine stamped an upper case "S" with a smaller 'R" and "C" inside its coils, along with "@T GP", followed by the matrix numbers F-1/G-1, indicating that this record was mastered at Atlantic Studios in New York City, N.Y. by George Piros, then early stampers were used to make this album at Specialty Records Manufacturing Comapny's pressing plant, located in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. I bought this new, cleaned it, then put in away in an archival inner sleeve. I always put my new records directly into a protective inner sleeve(s), thus preserving the integrity of the insert(s) and the original inner sleeve(s). There is no original inner sleeve with this listing. The vinyl is visually graded as Excellent because of superficial sleeve marks and fine-line surface scratches. The cover is Excellent with some ring wear, corner blunts and foxing. The spine has some color loss at the corners from these blunts. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment since I bought it and still has a lot of life yet. This would make a great addition to a anyone's collection. I have more albums of all genres listed in my Ebay store. Please take a look. They're predominately Mint. Thank you for viewing my listing.
I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative. I offer discounts for multiple sales. Photos are of the actual item for sale, not a stock photo. Please review all descriptions and photos because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking!
