Due to the recent unforeseen circumstances a majority of our orders will be delayed, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are practising social distancing and upping our hygiene levels as all workers are working a fair distance apart and wearing gloves, masks and have all been provided with hand sanitiser and surface cleaning products after every use.

Sizing Guide:

• All sizes given on the listing are the photo sizes, i.e. the size of the photo to fit inside the frame. The overall size of the frame and the viewing window will be different from the size given.
• When measuring a frame, the picture size taken into consideration so the size given i.e. 10x8 inches will be the size of the backing board and the glass/styrene. This size is taken from the back of the frame and not the front and not the overall size.
• The frames have a rebate of 8mm by 4mm, the internal depth of the frame is 8mm with a 4mm lip to hold the styrene, picture and backing board in place.
• When picture is placed in the frame approx. 4mm of your picture will be covered from all sides i.e. for a frame size 700x500mm the viewing window will be approx. 692x492mm. If your frame was 10x8 inches the viewing window at the front will measure approx. 9.7 x 7.7 Inches.

• Made to order in our UK based factory by highly skilled picture framers using the best of picture framing technology and machines.
• All frames come with a Shatter proof Perspex/ styrene sheet in place of glass. The Perspex/ styrene is just as clear as glass if not even clearer. The Perspex/ styrene sheet comes with a protective film on both sides of the sheet to protect from scratches or damage during manufacture or transit. This Perspex replacement for glass is extremely lightweight and safe especially for use in kid’s rooms, play areas, offices, club’s restaurants, cafes etc. The sheet has very high clarity and there is no difference from glass once up on the wall.
• All frames sized up to 12x10 inches will come with a kick stand and hanging hooks.
• All sizes above 12 x10 inches are hang only, hanging hooks will be provided and string may be required (not included).
• Width of the moulding: 30mm
• Depth of the moulding: 15mm
• Moulding Rebate:  8mm
• Frame Material: foil wrapped MDF
• Kick Stand: only up to size 12x10 Inches
• Mount Board/ Paper Insert: Not Included
• Glass/ Styrene:  Styrene / Perspex
• Please note there is no paper insert included with this frame.

Payment:

• We only accept PayPal on eBay; this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only dispatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

Delivery:

• Orders placed up to 1pm are normally dispatched same day Mon - Fri.
• Express next day delivery available, please select from the postage and payments tab.
• Express delivery not available in Northern Ireland, Highlands and all British Islands. If you place an order and pay for express to any of these locations item will be sent by standard delivery.

Returns:

• We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer a 30 Day "no quibble" guarantee.
• We offer 30 days return policy if you change your mind for any reason. Item must be returned unopened and in original packing. Please note customer will be liable for any return postage costs.
• If your item arrives damaged, we require a photo as we need these for quality control purposes and to forward to courier services. In event a damaged item is received we will send out a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of photo.
