*Note the PWMs are designed for use on vehicles with multi-plate "dry cells" such as the ones we sell but are unsuitable for use with "wet cell" designs and could be damaged by alternative power supplies.
The CCPWM60A (Constant Current Pulse Width Modulator)
Allows you to always have the same amperage and HHO production rate regardless of the electrolyte concentration or water temperature.
Keeps the gas production efficient by pulsing the current rapidly on and off. This prevents overheating of the HHO generator and keeps things at a manageable temperature.
Is designed for easy installation of a HHO System without the need for relays or picking up the signal from the alternator/ignition key.
Auto-detects when the car engine is running and automatically switches ON the HHO System, without any additional requirements. The device will automatically power OFF when the car engine is turned OFF or not running.
Can be controlled by a water level switch sensor inserted in the water tank- turning the system OFF when the level drops below a certain point.
Inbuilt ammeter and voltmeter for convenient control and monitoring of the system.
The new CCPWM60A works based on the voltage of the car/truck:
- Engine stopped – voltage in car/truck 12V or 24V – PWM is not working;
- Engine working – voltage in car/truck 13,8V or 27,6V – PWM is working.
Note that if an external charger is used to charge a battery while it is still in the vehicle the PWM60 must be disconnected otherwise it may detect the higher voltage and switch the HHO cell on.
What are the main advantages?
Efficiency: HHO generators will run cooler than standard linear power amps, requiring substantially less heat sink mass;
Amperage control: The control of the amperage going into the generator will be very easy to be done. The ability to control the amperage keeps the cell running at cool operating temperatures and prolongs the life of the cell while increasing the H2 output.
Installation: It will make the HHO system easier and safer to install and use because there will be no need for relays or picking up the signal from the alternator/ignition key like in other pwms in the market.

Warranty Terms

Plus Inc. the
manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser only that the Product will be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of
24 months from the date of original purchase.
HHO
Plus, warranty
shall not apply: (i) to any Product subjected to accident, misuse, neglect,
alteration, acts of God, improper transport, improper storage, improper use or
application, improper installation, improper testing or unauthorized repair; or
(ii) to cosmetic problems or defects that result from normal wear and tear
under ordinary use, and do not affect the performance or use of the
Product,(iii) the “tamper proof label” has been interfered with indicating
unauthorized opening of the unit.
HHO
Plus, warranty
applies only to a Product that is manufactured by or for HHO Plus Lda. If the
Product develops a covered defect within the warranty period, HHO Plus Lda,
will, at its option, either repair or replace the Product without charge,
provided that the Product is returned during the warranty period together with
the original sales receipt (copy of the receipt is not acceptable) within the
first 30 days to “NEW IT”, after the initial 30 days the product must be
returned to HHO Plus Lda.
THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS OPENED, ALTERED OR DAMAGED
Safety Warning
The amount of hydrogen produced on demand is small but please note the following:
CAUTION! Hydrogen is a flammable gas and can form explosive mixtures with oxygen or air. Hydrogen gas poses an immediate fire and explosive hazard when concentrations exceed 4%. It is much lighter than air and burns with an invisible flame. Before working on an installed HHO system ensure to extinguish all sources of ignition, naked heat including sparks or flames disconnect the vehicles battery terminals and take precautions to eliminate static electricity. No smoking near the generator or its reservoirs at any time. HHO generators produce HHO gases on demand when the engine is running but when disconnected there will be residual amounts of HHO gases in reservoirs and tubing. Allow units to vent thoroughly outdoors or in a well ventilated area before working on the units or accessories.
